There are some circumstances such as network storms that appear to corrupt settings in a DNA2404C or DNA7800-series amplifier frame.  When this happens the easiest recovery is to reset the frame to factory defaults and then go into GLOBALCOM and re-initialize the frame to download parameters related to the installation.  The attached document covers how to do the reset to factory default operation.
