If the FAS PRIZM data field aren't updating completely especially after flight delay in has been input from a flight service interface, do a search for .log files.  If a log file exceeds 2 gig in size the computer can no longer open or update the file.  Most of the time since it is a long file you can either rename it or even delete it and the program will recreate the file if neccessary.  For te most part these logs only need to be running if there is a specific reason to troubleshoot.  Renaming the file will let the FAS run normally while someone can get into the correct region of the HML text to disable the logging.
