It has been over three years since we have adjusted our flat rate repair fees. We will continue to offer flat rate repair fees for out of warranty service on many products.
Some IED products can be returned to us for an evaluation charge. This charge will cover the troubleshooting evaluation. Time and material will be added to this charge for most repairs. If an out of warranty product is deemed non-repairable, you will be offered a price accommodation for an equivalent replacement product, if available. This accommodation will include the deduction of flat rate repair cost, minus a $150 diagnostic fee.
