In some installations, the jack where the  510HH mic cord connects to the IEDA528 mic station base has suffered some abuse resulting in damage to the RJ-11 jack mounted to the 528 main board..  To remediate this situation, IED has developed metal clips to protect the jack area.  Due to arrangement of mounting holes in the faceplate, there is a different clip for the horizontal and vertical faceplates.  The attached installation guide though applies to both models.
